Performance and characteristics
1. Can significantly improve the fastness of the fabric to wash, perspiration, sea water, saliva, high temperature blisters and other wet treatments.
2. It has a wide range of applicable colors. It can significantly improve the color fastness of dyeing and printing fabrics of direct dyes or reactive dyes of various colors such as scarlet, black, coffee, emerald blue and brilliant blue.
3. The fixing color becomes smaller and the fixing color reproducibility is good.
4. Does not affect the feel of dyed fabrics or the hydrophilicity of fabrics.
5. No free formaldehyde or combined formaldehyde.
Scope of application
All kinds of direct dyes or reactive dyes are suitable for dyeing or printing to improve color fastness, especially for fabric fixing treatment that meets high fastness requirements.
Instructions
1. Dipping process: general dosage 0.2-1.0% (o.w.f)
pH value 5-7
Temperature 40 ºC -60 ºC
Time 20-30min
2. Rolling solidification process: general dosage 2-10g / L.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user through the sample as appropriate.
Packaging and storage
120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life at room temperature is 12 months.
