Performance characteristics

1. After adding crosslinking agents in waterproof finishing, the wash resistance and air-drying effect of the waterproof effect can be greatly improved;
2. It has no adverse effect on the color light and color fastness of the fabric;
3. It is compatible with most finishing agents, but compatibility tests should be conducted in advance.
4. The working fluid has good stability and is convenient to use.

Scope of application
Mixed with fluorine-containing water repellents, it is used for washable, water-resistant and oil-resistant finishing of various fabrics, especially cotton and its blended fabrics.
Instructions
Padding process:
Cross-Linking Agent(10%~30%)                        Xg/L

One-bath method: Immersion in the working solution (bridging agent + water repellent)→padding → drying (110ºC)→ baking/shaping (C:160ºC for 2 minutes) T/C:170~180ºCx30-60sec)
Two-bath method: Immersion in the bridging agent working solution → padding → drying (110ºC)→  immersion in the waterproofing agent working solution→padding→drying(110ºC)→baking/shaping (C:160ºCx2min:T/C:170-180ºCx30-60sec)
Packaging and storage
120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
