Performance characteristics
This product is suitable for durable flame-retardant finishing of cellulose fiber fabrics. It can withstand 20 to 30 washes, does not require fumigation process, and contains no formaldehyde. After finishing, it has a good flame-retardant effect, can effectively increase the melting point of the fabric, shorten the carbon content, and extinguish immediately when removed from the fire
Scope of application
It is suitable for durable flame-retardant finishing of pure cotton fabrics, as well as one-time flame-retardant finishing of polyester, viscose, nylon and aramid fiber fabrics
Instructions
The product is highly soluble in water and easy to use. The flame retardant should be added to the material tank and dissolved in warm water at 50-60 ºC. It should be soaked and rolled twice (the purpose is to make the fabric penetrate the material thoroughly. Adding pairs or reducing the vehicle speed can also be done for one soaking and one rolling). The general dosage is about 300-360 g/L. After the fabric is soaked and rolled into the working solution, it should be dried at 100ºC for 2 minutes. Bake at 165-175ºC for 2-3 minutes. After water washing, the whiteness can be improved and the strength drop can be reduced. The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
