Performance characteristics
1. Only a relatively low amount is needed to achieve a high flame-retardant effect.
2.It has good wash resistance and can still maintain excellent flame retardant effect after 30 washes.
3.After finishing, the strength and hand feel of the fabric are basically not affected, and there are basically no color changes, color bleeding or color sticking phenomena.
4.It is convenient to use and can be applied to conventional shaping equipment.
5. Low volatility, halogen-free, non-toxic, and safe for use.
Scope of application
It is suitable for flame-retardant finishing of pure polyester fabrics
Instructions
The concentration of flame retardants should be adjusted accordingly based on the fabric's grammage and liquid content.
(1) Prescription:Flame retardant:120-180g/L;Trisodium phosphate: Adjust the pH to 6.5
(2) Configuration of the working bath: First, add a small amount of soft water, then add the required amount of flame retardant, and stir thoroughly to dissolve. Add a 10-20% sodium . Check the pH value at any time. Stop adding when it reaches 6.5. Dilute with water to the specified weight (or volume). The prepared working solution should be used as soon as possible. Otherwise, the pH value needs to be readjusted to 6.5 before use.
(3) Process flow:Two impregnation and two rolling (rolling residue rate 60-70%)- drying (100-120 ºC)- baking (190-210 ºC/ 1-2 min) - water washing - drying
Packaging and storage
120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
