Performance and characteristics
1. It has a good hair removal effect on cellulose fibers, and can effectively remove short fibers and fluff.
2. It can help the colored textile to maintain the original fastness during the processing.
3. The treated textile has long-lasting softness.
4. It can be used to make denim and cotton and linen textiles with obsolete and stone grinding effects.
5. Water-soluble product, can be completely dissolved in water, will not leave any stains on the fabric, environmentally friendly.
Scope of application
Suitable for polishing treatment of cotton, linen and blended fabrics.
Recommended process
Dosage: CY-140 0.3-1.5% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:10
Adjust the pH to 4.5-5.5 with acetic acid or citric acid buffer
Temperature: 45-55ºC
Time: 20-45min
Please adjust the specific process as appropriate through the sample.
Key reminder
1. If the mechanical friction and agitation can be increased, the processing effect of the product can be greatly improved.
2. Increase the water temperature to the corresponding temperature before adding the polishing enzyme CY-140.
3. According to the different fabric characteristics and processing conditions, it is recommended to conduct a test before use.
Packaging and storage
50 kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, the shelf life is 6 months at room temperature (25ºC).
