Performance and characteristics

1. Thoroughly remove the oil on synthetic fibers, natural fibers and blended fabrics.
2. The temperature range is large, and it has excellent decontamination effect at 60-130 °C.
3. Very good dispersion, emulsifying ability, to ensure good refining effect.
4. It can remove serious oil stains without adding any solvent and alkali during use. The decontamination effect
is stronger after adding alkali.
5. Soften the water and have strong metal ion chelation ability.


Scope of application

It is suitable for the dyeing and bathing process of polyester knit fabrics, the low-temperature degreasing process
of decorative fabrics, and the scouring and degreasing process of cotton and its blended fabrics.


Instructions

1. General oil removal
CY-115YT: 0.5-1g/L
Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 80-100 ° C, time: 20-40 min.
2. Removal of heavy oil
CY-115YT: 1-3 g/L, temperature: 100-130 ° C, time: 20-40 min.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.

Packaging & Storage

30 woven bag, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
