Performance and characteristics
This product is a concentrated special effect to oil spirit, has a unique effect on the removal of oil stains on polyester and
its blended fabrics, and has the functions of desizing, scouring and purifying. For light and whitening varieties, it removes
macula and old oil. The silk effect is good. The dosage is 1/3 of the ordinary deoiled spirit.
Scope of application
It is suitable for the degreasing of polyester and its blended fabric cylinders. It can also be used for degreasing, desizing,
scouring and washing of other fabrics. It can also be used for cleaning printing and dyeing equipment.
Instructions
For pre-treatment of fabric printing
1.J cylinder and other cylinders: 0.4-2g/L
a) Polyester fabric plus liquid alkali (30%): 3g / L, temperature: 120-130 ° C, time: 20-40min
b) Other fabrics may be without alkali, temperature: 98-100 ° C, time: 20-60 min
2. Long vehicle dosage: 2-4g/L NaOH: 0-5g/L (selected according to different fabrics).
The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.
Precautions
For yarn-dyed fabrics and gold and silver fabrics, please change them.
