Product Description

Sylic® High Hydrogen Silicone Oil

 

Performance and Use

Under the action of metal salt catalyst, this product can be used to form films at low temperature and form waterproof
films on the surfaces of various substances. It can be used as fabric, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, metal, cement,
large and medium-sized materials.

Waterproofing agents for marble and other materials, especially for fabrics.  The methyl hydrogen-containing silicone
oil emulsion is shared with the methyl hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion, which is waterproof, can maintain the air
permeability of fabrics and can improve the air permeability of plants.

Tear strength, friction strength and antifouling property.  The hand feeling and sewing performance of the fabric are
improved.  In addition, it is used as release and release agent and cross-linking agent for paper.

Product application:

1, building ceramic antifouling (A, B liquid) special raw materials.

2, natural stone, marble, polished tiles, building substrate moistureproof, hydrophobic processing.

3, waterproof gypsum board, gypsum waterproof board, gypsum block and other products of special waterproofing
agent, water absorption rate is less than 10%, in line with national standards.

4. Synthesis of various modified silicone oils, such as polyether silicone oils, are materials for polyurethane foam
stabilizer, paint running water agent, silicone fabric finishing agent and hydrophilic silicone oil ratio.
5. Waterproof agents and softeners for natural and synthetic fiber fabrics, silk and leather, such as those used for
soft finishing of various fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, acrylic fiber and polyester, are mainly used in combination
with hydrogen-containing silicone oil emulsion or hydrogen-containing emulsion and hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion.

6. Waterproof and anti-sticking agent for paper and waterproof and softening agent for glass fiber.

7, used as dry powder extinguishing agent, electrical grade magnesium oxide powder, calcium carbonate and other
dry powder materials moistureproof, hydrophobic processing.

8. Anti-yellowing agent for high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Some products of molded silicone rubber are
added as cross-linking agents and can also be used to dilute silicone rubber ink.

Packaging & Storage

200kg iron drum.

The product shall be stored in a cool and dry place after being sealed and packaged, with a storage period of one year.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
