Performance and characteristics
1. In the near neutral and weak acid bath, it can fully emulsify and disperse the oil agent, which has unique effect
on removing the chemical fiber oil agent. It is suitable for the polyester bathing dyeing and dyeing process, and the
color light has little effect.
2. Low temperature 70-80 ° C, neutral conditions to remove the oil stains of alkali-resistant fabrics (such as silk, wool,
gold-silver fabrics), the effect is obvious, does not damage the fibers.
3. Alkaline conditions, in the scouring and oil-free bath of cotton and its blended fabrics, have excellent refining and
degreasing effects.
4. In the neutral and weakly alkaline bath, the strong degreaser CY-118 with spandex fabric can effectively emulsify
and disperse the oil on the spandex fabric while cleaning the oil to prevent oil. Stain again.
Scope of application
It is suitable for the dyeing and bathing process of polyester knit fabrics, the low-temperature degreasing process of
decorative fabrics, and the scouring and degreasing process of cotton and its blended fabrics.
Instructions
1. Polyester knit dyeing and bathing process:
118: 0.5-1g/L, high temperature leveling agent: 0.7-1.0g/L, glacial acetic acid: 0.4-0.6mL/L, dye: X,
Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130 ° C, time: 30-60 min.
2. Refined oil removal process: (cotton knitting and blended fabric)
CY-118: 0.5-2g/L, NaOH: 2g/L, H2O2 (27.5%): 5g/L,
Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 95-98 ° C, time: 40-60 min.
3. Decorative cloth low temperature degreasing process
118: 0.5-1 g/L, temperature: 70-80 ° C, time: 30-60 min.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.
Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
