This product is a multifunctional polymer compound integrating flocculation, decolorization and COD removal. It is a compound product that combines organic flocculation and inorganic flocculants. This product can chemically react with color-developing substances to form flocs and strengthen flocculation. Decolorization ability, the decolorization rate of wastewater is as high as 95%, and it is suitable for a wide range of PH values. The formed multi-nuclear complex makes the particle colloid and particulate suspended matter in the water aggregate into flocs with large volume, high density and fast sedimentation, and the decolorization rate is high. No color change, and the removal rate of COD is more than 50%.

Instructions
Small test process:
1. Pharmacy configuration (form an aqueous solution by mass ratio):
a. Decolorizer remover (5%): Take a beaker, weigh 5g of the agent, add 95mL of water, stir until there is no large granular milky substance (this agent is semi-soluble), and wait for use; or weigh 5g of the agent, After adding water to dissolve the particles, make up to a 100ml volumetric flask, shake well, and set aside. [The corresponding concentration can be configured according to the dosage. Generally, if the dosage is less than (greater than) 1000ppm, it should be diluted into a 5% (10%) aqueous solution, and configured according to the actual situation]
2. Take water samples:
   Use a beaker to take an appropriate amount of sewage to be treated (usually 100-1000mL) (mostly sewage from the secondary sedimentation tank, if the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank needs to be returned, take the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank, and only add medicine after the biochemical system), the general sewage pH The effect is better when the pH is below 9; if the pH is greater than 9, two tests can be done at the same time, that is, after the pH is adjusted to 7-9, the same amount is added and the same amount is added directly.
3. Dosing chemicals in wastewater:
   Use a pipette to take the agent a (5%) and add it to the prepared sewage (when the volume is 1/100 of the volume of the wastewater, it is 500ppm of the agent, and so on), stir evenly, and let it stand for 15- 100 minutes (it generally only takes 15-30 minutes to add the agent below 1000ppm, and the small bubbles larger than 1000ppm to be generated can be reduced, usually 30-100 minutes), during which you can stir every 10 minutes to make it fully Reaction (milk white is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the removal rate). (When the dosage is large and there is a lot of precipitation, a flocculant can be added to flocculate the precipitation, or the standing time can be prolonged).
Note: It is necessary to determine the exact dosage suitable for the company's sewage after several small tests. (This agent has a good removal effect on nitrogen)
On-site dosing:
1. Determine the dosage of the agent according to the amount of the small test.
2. Prepare the medicament into an aqueous solution of the corresponding concentration, and add the medicament after the medicament is in the form of a milky substance without large particles, and at the same time ensure that the aqueous solution is uniform.
3. The dosing pump must use an anti-corrosion pump to ensure that the pump port will not be blocked. It is directly added to the sewage to be treated by the metering pump, and the mixing is uniform, which is consistent with the reaction time of the small test. It can also be metered directly into the sewage and stirred evenly.
4. The dosing point is the secondary sedimentation tank, or the clean water tank (the sludge needs to be returned to the clean water tank).
5. When dosing for the first time, a longer reaction time is required, because the algae, fungi and other substances on the walls of the pond and pipeline will consume a certain amount of drug efficacy, which will generally reach the best within 5-10 hours (reference value). Effect.

Packaging and storage: 25Kg woven bag.
