Performance and characteristics
1. It has excellent alkali-resistant boilability and can resist alkali-cooking liquid alkali 300g/L.
2. Under high alkali conditions, the chemical slurry of acrylate on the chemical fiber fabric can be effectively removed, and
the hand feeling is obviously improved.
3. Surfactants and high molecular polymers give the product excellent cleansing power, dispersibility and anti-staining
properties, thus effectively preventing the coagulation and back-dipping of the slurry.
4. It has good stability with alkali and hydrogen peroxide, high alkali resistance, and can be applied to alkaline oxygen one
bath and cold reactor process.
Application range
It is suitable for the desizing of the dyeing machine for polyester fiber, nylon and other chemical fiber fabrics and their
blended fabrics, steaming and desizing of long cars, and rapid desizing of long cars. It is especially suitable for the desizing
process of high-density silk spinning, polyester taffeta and chemical fiber decorative cloth.
Instructions
1. Continuous desizing process: (grooving formula)
114C 0.5-1.5g/L
Chelating dispersant 113A 1.0-2.0 g/L
Liquid alkali (30%) 40-300 g/L
Working fluid temperature above 90-95 °C, washing temperature above 85 °C, vehicle speed 40-60m/min
The dosage, speed, and groove setting process should be adjusted according to the fabric, slurry conditions, processing
requirements, etc.
2. Jigger desizing process:
114C 0.5~1.0%(o.w.f)
Chelating dispersant CY-113A 0.5-1.0% (o.w.f)
Liquid alkali (30%) 40-300g/L (specifically based on the amount of alkali)
Temperature 98-100 ° C, time 30-40min
The specific process should be adjusted by the user after passing the sample.
Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored, the shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
