I. PROPERTY

Appearance:  Light brown Liquid
Ionicity:  Cation

II. APPLICATION

   1.With light blue-violet white shade for acrylic and secondary acetate fibers.
   2.Be suitable for all stages of processing.
   3.With excellent washfastness and lightfastness .
   4.With high fluorescent strength and brilliant white shade.
   5.With good stability to acid,peroxide,hard water and chlorite. 
      

III.PROCESS METHOD

  Acrylic fabrics with normal process
   Dosage:FWA BAC-L   0.2-2.0% o.w.f        
   pH=3-4 (Formic acid or acid oxalic adjustment ) 
   Liquor rate:1:10-20      Temperature×time:95-98ºC×30-45mins       
 Acrylic fabrics with sodium chlorite bleaching process
   Dosage:FWA BAC-L:  0.2-2.0% o.w.f     Sodium chlorite(85%):1-2g/L
    Sodium nitrate: 1g/L       
   pH=3-4 (Formic acid or acid oxalic adjustment ) 
           Liquor rate:1:10-20      Temperature×time:95-98ºC×30-45mins      


IV. PACKING

    1. 30KG plastic drum or according to customer request.
    2. Be stable for 2 years when properly stored in closed container at 20ºC.
