Sylic® Super Soft Instant Softener Flake 9002

Super Soft Instant Softener Flake CY-9002  is Fatty acid organic amine compounds.

Basic Character
Appearance: tiny yellow flake Ionicity: Weak cationic
pH: 3~5 (10% diluted solution)


Application fields
Applied for soft finishing of cotton fabric. Can be used in dyeing factory and washing factory.


Characteristics and advantages
Endow fabric soft, smooth and full hand feeling; Loe viscosity, low foam;
Excellent resistance to salt, alkali and hard water, good stability.

Diluted method:
CY-9002: 50~100kg
Water: 950~900kg
Stirring: add flake into 50~60ºC water with stirring to dissolution.

Diluted to 10% concentration
Dipping Process: 3-10 %( o.w.f) Padding Process; 20-50g/L
