Performance and characteristics

Scope of application

It is suitable for thickening of active printing systems such as cotton, human cotton, bamboo fiber, ramie, linen and soybean fiber.


Description

Original slurry is equipped with:
Reactive printing paste CY-316SA 7%
Water or other 93%
Synthetic 100%
Note: CY-316SA slowly dissolves in cold water according to the amount required, dissolves and stirs to avoid agglomeration.
Continue to stir for at least 30 minutes. The paste can be left overnight to promote maximum expansion. If hot water
(about 70 ° C) is used, it can accelerate dissolution and expansion.
Color paste configuration:
Water X g
Urea 5-15 grams
Anti-staining salt 1g
Sodium hexametaphosphate 0.5-1g
Baking soda 1-3 grams
Active printing paste CY-316SA accounts for 30%-60% of the original paste
Reactive dye Y g
100 grams in total
2. Process: color paste preparation → rotary screen or flat screen printing → drying (100-110 ° C, 1.5-2 minutes) →
steaming (100-105 ° C, 8-10 minutes) → water washing.
The specific process should be properly adjusted by the user.

Packaging & Storage

25KG woven bag, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.

Q2: What is the MOQ?

A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided.
