Performance Characteristics
1. Excellent antistatic performance, excellent electrical conductivity and anti-fouling and dust-proof properties.
2. Used in the same bath with color fixing agent and most silicone oils, without affecting the fabric feel and style.
3. Used in the same bath with the waterproof agent, without affecting the waterproof performance.
4. Does not affect the color fastness of the fabric, color change, yellow change is minimal.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for antistatic treatment of various fabrics, silks and threads.
Instructions
Padding process
Sylic-730 5-15g / L
Liquid preparation → padding (with liquid rate of about 70-80%) → baking (150-160 ºC)
If the fabric is washed and repaired, it needs to be treated again with antistatic agent.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user through the sample as appropriate.

Q1: Does the product meet international environmental certification standards?
A: This product has passed OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH and other certifications, does not contain harmful substances such as APEO and formaldehyde, and is suitable for export to the EU, North America and other textile production with strict environmental protection requirements.
Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided (sample fee and freight are required).
Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided.
Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
