Main ingredients1. Biological deaeration and polishing can be completed in the dyeing process, saving processing time.
2. Applicable pH value is wide (5-8), reduce fabric fluffing and pilling phenomenon, improve fabric appearance and feel.
3. Compared with the existing enzyme preparation, the application of polishing enzyme can shorten the processing time , improve production efficiency; reduce water and energy consumption, and reduce costs.
4. This product is a ready-to-use liquid product, which can improve production reproducibility.
Dosage: Polishing enzyme 0.15-0.3 (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:10
Adjust pH to 6-7 with acetic acid or citric acid buffer
Temperature: 45-55 ºC.
120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life is 6 months at room temperature (25 ºC).
