Performance and Characteristics
1. It has excellent scouring effect and can be used for scouring and degreasing of cotton and its blended knitted fabric in the same bath under alkaline condition to make the fabric get good wool effect and hydrophilicity.
2. In the near neutral and weak acid bath, CY-130A can fully emulsify and disperse oil agent, and has unique effect on removing chemical fiber oil agent. It can be used in the same bath dyeing process of polyester knitting and dyeing, with little influence of color light.
3. Low temperature 70-80ºC, neutral conditions to remove alkali resistant fabric oil (such as silk, wool, gold and silver silk fabric) effect is obvious, without damaging the fiber.
4. In neutral and weak alkaline bath, for the combination of strong degreasing agent for spandex fabric,CY-130A can emulsify and disperse the oil agent on spandex fabric more effectively while cleaning and removing the oil, and prevent the oil agent from staining again.
5. High concentration products, low foam, easy to dissolve in cold water.


Application Range
It is suitable for the scouring and degreasing process of cotton and its blended fabric, the scouring and dyeing with bath process of polyester knitted fabric, and the low-temperature degreasing process of decorative fabric.

Recommended Dosage
1. Scouring and degreasing process :(cotton knitting and blended fabric)
CY-130A: 0.5-2.0g/L, NaOH: 2 g/L, H2O2 (30%) : 5-8g/L,
Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 95-98ºC, time: 40-60min
2. Polyester knitting and dyeing bath process:
CY-130A: 0.5-1.0g/L, high temperature levelling agent: 0.7-1.0g/L, glacial acetic acid: 0.4-0.6mL/L, dye: X, bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130ºC, time: 30-60min
3. Low temperature oiling process for decorative cloth
CY-130A: 0.5-1.0g/L, temperature: 70-80ºC, time: 30-60min
