Sylic® Paint Thickener 318A 

 

Paint Thickener CY-318A is a kind of acrylate polymer. Can be used for cotton, polyester or their blends' pigment printing
and also can be used fordisperse dyes printing of polyester.

Operating and safety instructions:

1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the paste, then add it to machine and stir fully.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before
making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
4. To ensure the safety, you should review our Material Safety Data Sheets before using this product under special conditions.
Before handling any other products mentioned in the text, you should obtain available product safety information and take
necessary steps to ensure safety of use.

Packaging & Storage

Plastic drum net 130kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. 
To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up
before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure
to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. If the product is separated, stir the contents.
If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed.

Q1: Does the product meet international environmental certification standards?
A: This product has passed OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH and other certifications, does not contain harmful substances           such as APEO and formaldehyde, and is suitable for export to the EU, North America and other textile production with strict             environmental protection requirements.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
