Performance and characteristics
1. It is used together with pigment printing paste and has synergistic effect.
2, the molding property of the adhesive can be improved, and the dry-wet fastness can be improved.
3. It can improve the washability of the fabric and make the finishing effect more lasting.
4. The hand feeling of the fabric is not affected.
5. Environmental protection without formaldehyde.
6. Soluble in cold water and free of solvent.

Scope of application
As a synergist, it can be used together with pigment printing paste or directly padding on a setting machine to improve fabric fastness.
Use method
1. Process recipe:
Thickener 1.5-2.5%
Paint x%
5-25% of adhesive
Pigment printing synergist  1-3%
Water or other y%
Synthesis 100%
2. Process flow: preparation of color paste, drying at 140ºC for circular or flat screen printing, baking (150-160ºC, 1.5-2min)
Please adjust the specific process through the sample as appropriate.
3. Molding machine padding process: padding liquid: 0.5-2% binder, 1-2% pigment printing synergist .

Packaging and storage
50kg plastic barrel, sealed and protected from light, shelf life of 6 months at normal temperature.
