Performance and characteristics
1. Under the condition of alkaline excellent permeability, emulsification, dispersion properties, used for cotton pretreatment process, can be assigned in cotton fabric and feel very good scouring, desizing effect, especially for the process before cotton cold heap, improve hydrophilicity and desizing, whiteness of the fabric, at the same time for the wax removal on the cotton fabric has excellent effect.
2. Alkali resistance at room temperature is about 100g/L.
3. CY-01P is a concentrated scouring agent, easily soluble in water, can reduce the amount of direct use, can also dilute the use.
Application
It is suitable for cold pile pretreatment of cotton and its blended fabric.
Recommend Dosage
CY-01p: 4-8g/L, H2O2. NaOH and other additives according to the process needs.
Please adjust the specific process through the sample.
Note
If CY-01P is frozen in the cold season, it needs to be used in the greenhouse after melting, which does not affect the use effect.
