Product Performance

Applications
1. Used for pesticides
CY-732 Silicone Spreading Agent can be added in pesticide formulations and can also be used as a tank mixing aid. CY-732 Silicone Spreading Agent is a super-spreading surfactant, which reduces the contact angle between the spray liquid and the leaf surface, thereby increasing the coverage area of the spray. In addition, under certain conditions, CY-732 silicone spreader promotes the rapid absorption of pesticides in the leaf pores. In this way, the spray liquid can withstand rainwater scouring, thereby improving effectiveness. Because the silicone surfactant will hydrolyze under acidic and alkaline conditions, the pH can be adjusted to 6.5-7.5 by the slow-release agent to achieve the best performance.
2. Used in paint and ink
CY-732 silicone spreading agent is widely used in water-based and solvent-based paints and inks, and it can produce a strong effect in various paints with a small amount, especially in water-based paints and inks. Wetting agent and extender. This product can provide low surface tension and high surface activity, and has the advantages of improving flow and leveling (eliminating surface defects), improving slip (reducing friction coefficient), improving substrate wetting, and improving gloss.
Product use depends on the type and composition of the coating and the performance of the silicone additive. In most cases, it is recommended to use an incremental test in order to know the optimal amount of additives. Typical starting dosage for incremental tests: 0.5% is used for flow and leveling of solvent-based systems, and 0.1-0.2% is used for flow and leveling of aqueous systems (calculated by the weight of the coating).

Packaging and Storage
