Application Scope:
It is suitable for the penetration of various natural fibers, chemical fibers and their blended fabrics, cheese yarns, hanks, etc. in various processes such as pretreatment, dyeing, and finishing.
Advantages:
1. It has excellent fast wetting and penetration performance under acidic and low alkali conditions.
2. When used in the dyeing of cheese, hank, knitted fabric, etc., it can reduce the difference between the inner and outer layers of cheese and the white core of the skein, and can improve the uniformity and penetration of dyeing.
3. When used for continuous pad dyeing of long cars, it can improve the dye penetration and reduce the white core phenomenon.
4. Excellent high temperature resistance (220ºC), which can improve the hydrophilicity of polyester leather base fabric after raising treatment.
Package and storage:
120Kg per one plastic drum, storage life is 12 months.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided (sample fee and freight are required).
Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided.
Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
