APPLICATION
It's suitable for Optical Brightening Agent on polyester and its blends. It's similar with Uvitex EBF (Huntsman)

PROCESS METHOD
1, Exhaustion Process: dosage: 0.1-1.0%owf.Temperature: 95-105ºC, time:30-40min.
2, HT Process: dosage: 0.1-1.0%owf.Temperature:120-130ºC,time:20-40min.
3, Pad-steaming Process: dosage:1-10g/l. Temperature: 150-165ºC, time:3-8min.
4, Pad-bake Process: dosage:1-10g/l.Temperature: 160-170ºC, time:30sec.
5, Single-stage optical brightening &resin finishing: dosage:1-10g/l. Silicone softener:10-40g/l, drying time: 130ºC*1min, cure time: 160-185ºC*2-3 min.

STORAGE & PACKING
Sealed in storage, keeping date is 12 months under room temperature.
