Performance and Features

Bright printing colors with high color yield, excellent compatibility with thickener.
Features soft hand-feeling, good rubbing fastness and scrubing fastness.
Excellent thermal and mechanical stability, excellent emulsion dispersion effect, no gaze blockage during printing.
Excellent self-crosslinking performance with bright film forming.
Environmentally protective, suitable for baby clothes.

Appllication range
Suitable for flat screen, rotary screen, bedplate screen as well as non-woven pigment printing on cotton and blended fabrics;
Meanwhile, it is also suitable for both soft coating and flocking processing with flocking glue.

2.Process:Paste formulation → Garden mesh or flat screen printing → curing (150-160ºC,1.5-2min)

Packaging
120 kg plastic drum. It should be sealed and stored in the temperature range between 0 -40 ºC with a shelf life of six months.
