Suitable for all kinds of chemical fiber, pure cotton, blended fabric waterproof finishing.
Sylic FU5357 is generally applied by padding method to give finished fabrics excellent waterproof resistant properties.
Recommended process:
Initial waterproof
Sylic FU5357 30 - 50 g/L
Durable waterproof
Sylic FU5357 40 - 60 g/L
Crosslinker 5 -10 g/L
Processing condition
Chemical fiber: pad,liquid carrying capacity: 30-70%→curing 150 ºC to 180 ºC* 60 s
Cotton and blended, pad, liquid carrying capacity: 40-70%, and drying, 110-120 ºC * 1 min →curing 150-165ºC * 3 min
