Performance characteristics

1. It has excellent emulsification, dispersibility and alkali permeability resistance, good impurity removal effect, and good removal effect on slurry. It feels soft after handling;
2. Good alkaline resistance, good stability in 150g/L sodium hydroxide aqueous solutionIt has good washing effect on various fibers;
3. It has excellent high temperature (98ºC) alkali cooking resistance, which can avoid the phenomenon of oil bleaching caused by alkali cooking for a long time.

Scope of application
It is suitable for steaming and boiling process and cold rolling and stacking process of cotton and its blended fabrics.

Instructions
1. Continuous deboiling steaming process:
Sylic P1207 4-10g/L NaOH 40-60 g/L
Steam at 98-102ºC for 60-90min
2. Cold rolling pretreatment process:
Sylic P1207 4-10g/L NaOH 40-70 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide 10-15 g/L Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 6-10 g/L
Pile at 35ºC for 16-24h, then short steaming, alkali washing, hot washing.
3. Alkali-oxygen one-bath boiling process (impregnation method)
Sylic P1207 0.5-1.5g/L NaOH 2-5 g/L hydrogen peroxide 1.5-3 g/L
Treatment at 95-98ºC for 40-60min

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
