Performance and Characteristics
Detergent CY-106 is a solvent-based detergent, which has excellent emulsifying powder to chemical fiber oil agent under neutral conditions. Under alkaline conditions, it can be combined with deoiling to remove the heavy oil and old silk from the fabric.

Application
Suitable for all kinds of natural or chemical fiber fabric conventional degreasing process and heavy oil, old oil silk removal process.

Recommended Dosage
1. Heavy oil pollution, oil silk cleaning process :(in alkaline conditions with oil removal spirit, oil removal effect is better)
CY-106:1-5g/L, 30% Liquid alkali: 2-4G /L, Deoiling CY-101H: 2-3g/L,Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130ºC, time: 40-60min
For mildew and yellow spots on the fabric, it is recommended to mix 30% hydro peroxide 3-5 g/L on the above process.
2. Cleaning process of chemical fiber oil agent on polyester and other fabrics:
CY-106:1-5g/L, temperature: 100-130ºC, time: 20-40min.Please adjust the specific process through the sample.
Note:For fabrics containing spandex, please confirm in advance and try to handle them below 100ºC to avoid damage to the strength of spandex.
Packaging and Storage
120kg plastic drum, sealed to avoid light storage.If the appearance of the product is cloudy below 5ºC, heating above 10ºC return to normal. Please pay attention to storage and transportation. Shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
