Product Description

Sylic® General Softener FlakeSylic F3600 (CY-9001)

Physical and chemical indicators
--Composition: fatty acid imidazoline compound
--Appearance: light yellow flake
--PH value: 4-6 (6-10% slurry)
--Ionicity: cation

Chemical method
--Cold method chemical material: gradually add the film into 40 ºC water at a ratio of 6-10% under mixing, mix for 3-5 min to disperse it, soak it for 2-4 h, and then mix it at low speed to uniform slurry for standby.

--Thermochemical method: gradually add the film into room temperature water at a ratio of 6-10% under mixing, stir for 3-5 min, then gradually heat it to 60-70 ºC, continue to stir at low speed until it is in uniform slurry, and then cool it for standby.

Use process
--Dip rolling type: 2-3g/L, 30-40 ºC, double dip and double rolling or one dip and one rolling.
--Immersion type: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50 ºC, 15-30min.

Application characteristics
--It is applicable to the softness of needle, shuttle, polyester/cotton fabrics, and can give the clothes a soft and smooth effect when washed.
--It can be used for yarn lubrication, sanding and raising to make the raising smooth.
--The finishing of cotton and chemical fiber products can obtain excellent softness and smoothness.

Storage and packaging
--Store in a cool place for six months.
--The package is 25kg/bag, plastic woven.
