Performance and characteristics
1. Excellent stability and good permeability in a 250-280 g/L NaOH alkaline bath.
2. In the mercerizing process for cotton fabrics, the effect and uniformity of mercerizing can be improved.
3. In the continuous alkali reduction process of polyester, the uniformity of reduction is improved, the time
of alkali reduction is shortened, the amount of liquid alkali is reduced, and the efficiency of alkali reduction
is improved.
4. Used in the fiber opening process to improve the uniformity of the fiber opening and improve the hand
feeling of the fabric.
Scope of application
It is suitable for mercerizing process of cotton fabric, continuous alkali reduction process of polyester fabric
and fiber opening process.
Instructions
General dosage: 1-3g/L
The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.
Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
