Performance and characteristics
1. It has excellent penetration, emulsification and dispersion properties under alkaline conditions. When used in
cotton pretreatment process, it can give cotton fabric a good scouring effect and improve the whiteness and hydrophilicity
of the fabric.
2. The alkali resistance at normal temperature is about 80g/L, which is not suitable for the process with high alkali
concentration in the overhead tank. It is only suitable for the process with relatively low alkali concentration in the
working liquid, such as the pretreatment process of cold stacking, continuous decoking and matching alkali-oxygen
one-bath steaming.
3. This product is a concentrated scouring agent. It is recommended not to dilute it and use it directly with reduced
dosage.
4. The foam of this product is relatively low.
Scope of application
It is suitable for cold stacking, alkali-oxygen one-bath matching and other pretreatment processes of all cotton and its
blended fabrics.
Use method
1. Cold reactor technology: 111HB: 4-8g/L.
2. Continuous desizing process (no high-level tank): 111HB: 2-4G/L.
3. Basic oxygen one-bath matching process: 111HB: 1-5g/L,
Additives such as H2O2 and NaOH are combined and matched according to technological requirements.
Please adjust the specific process through the sample as appropriate.

It is recommended to use it directly.
Packaging and storage
120kg plastic barrel, sealed and protected from light, with shelf life of 12 months at normal temperature.
