Performance characteristics
1. It imparts excellent hydrophilicity to synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide and blended fabrics thereof.
2. It is especially recommended for sportswear and other garments. It can also be used for non-woven fabrics and industrial 
fabrics to achieve durable water absorption.
3. It can improve the moisture wicking performance of the fabric, and has excellent antistatic and easy stain removal.
4. The hand feels fluffy, soft and washable.
5. When dyeing the same bath, it can prevent the fabric from floating, knotting, crease and chicken paw print.

Scope of application
It is suitable for durable hydrophilic finishing of synthetic fibers, giving the fabric a prominent moisture wicking and antistatic
effect.

Instructions
1. Polyester dyeing same bath process

481A 0.3-3.0% (o.w.f)
Solution→Bath bath dyeing (bath ratio 1:10-20, 130-135°C×30-60min)→hot water washing→reduction washing→hot water
washing/cold water washing→baking (120-170°C).
Note: After dyeing the same bath, the reduction cleaning process will have a slight effect on the application effect of the
product.
2. Impregnation process
481A 1.0-4.0%
Dipping (50-70 ° C × 20-30 min) → dehydration → baking (120-170 ° C × 60-90 s).
3. Padding process
481A 10-40g/L
Dispensing → padding (with liquid rate 70-80%) → baking (120-170 ° C × 60-90 s).
The specific process, please adjust the sample as appropriate.

Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
