Advantages of liquid disperse dyes in wash-free printing series

1. Energy saving and emission reduction, green and efficient; no washing or soaping after printing, which saves more than 90% of water and reduces COD emissions by more than 90% compared with traditional printing.

3. Excellent fastness; medium and light color printing, the color fastness to dry and wet rubbing reaches grade 5. Dark printing, dry and wet rubbing fastness to 4-5. The color fastness to washing is the same as that of traditional printing.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
