Product Description

Acrylic Softener Flake CY-9007

Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: aliphatic acid and aliphatic amine.
--Appearance: pale yellow flakes.
--PH value: 4.5-6.5 at 6-10% solution.
--Ionic character: weak cationic.

Dilution Method

--Pour the flakes into room temperature water in proportion of5-8%, stir and heat to 75-80ºC until the flakes melt and become a paste(this usually takes 60 minutes).

Direction for Usage

--Padding process: 2-3g/l, exhaust and pad at 30-40ºC
--Dipping process:0.3-0.8%(o .w .f), bath ratio 1:10-15 minutes at 40-50ºC

Properties

--Work wonderfully in terylene and blending products, gives the hand feels to all the materials treated.

 

Packaging & Storage

25 KG in nylon woven bag. The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
