Instructions
1. Mixing: The base glue and curing agent are mixed at a weight ratio of 10:1 (increasing the amount of curing agent in the glue will slow down the curing speed), and the mixing can be manually stirred or mixed with equipment.
2. Deaeration: The mixed rubber should be vacuum deaerated before making a sign or printing a trademark on the fabric. Under vacuum, the volume of the rubber compound can be increased by 4-5 times, so the defoamed container should be 4-5 times larger than the volume of the rubber compound. ten minutes), the defoaming is over, and it can be carried out in a vacuum desiccator when a small amount is used.
3. Forming: After degassing, the glue can be dispensed or scraped, and the glue can be injected into the mold and heated to form.
4. Avoid contact with condensation type silicone rubber curing agent during operation. There are also amines, sulfur- and phosphorus-containing compounds and some metal salts that may cause the compound to not cure. Moisture should be avoided during use.
5. It is recommended to put the rubber compound in the container and stir first, and then add the curing agent and stir evenly.
