Performance and Characteristics
This product is a multi-functional scouring powder, which integrates the functions of alkali, scouring, infiltration and chelation. In the pre-treatment process of alkali-oxygen one-bath bleaching, only scouring powder CY-125 and hydro gen peroxide need to be added to achieve good refining and bleaching. CY-125 is not only easy to use, but also can reduce the weight loss rate of fabric and COD value of waste water.

Application Range
It is suitable for alkali-oxygen one-bath pre-treatment of cotton, polyester, rayon warp and weft knitted fabrics, towels, bobbin, Hank yarn, etc.

Recommended Dosage
1. Cotton knitting and towel bleaching process:
CY-125:2-3G /L, H2 O2 (30%) : 4-6g/L, temperature: 98ºC, time: 40-60min
Rapid process: 110ºC×15-20min, 120ºC×10-15min
Note: the processing temperature of spandex fabric should not exceed 105ºC
2. Polyester cotton knitting bleaching process:
CY-125:1-3G /L, H2 O2 (30%) : 4-8g/L, temperature: 98ºC, time: 40-60min
3. Spun rayon knitting process:
CY-125:1-3G /L, H2 O2 (30%) : 4-8g/L, temperature: 98ºC, time: 40-60min
4. Bleaching technique of bobbin and Hank yarn:
CY-125:2-4G /L, H2 O2 (30%) : 4-8g/L, temperature: 98ºC, time: 45-60min

Q1: Does the product meet international environmental certification standards?

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
