Product overview
CY-8843 is a kind of diamino silicone oil, mainly used to compound the emulsion for textile finishing.
Application
The structure of CY-8843 has been specially optimized to provide exceptional softness and at the same time. Try to reduce the yellowing caused by this degree of feel.

Formula
CY-8843 Easily emulsified into giant emulsion or microemulsion, used for fabric softening and lubricating treatment. Using C13(EO)6 fatty alcohol ethoxy compound as emulsifier, it can be easily made into emulsion.

Crafting process
Mix the amino silicone oil CY-8843, glacial acetic acid and surfactant together, and gradually add water under constant stirring until the water is completely added. When used, it can be used for padding or dip dyeing, and the silicon content of 0.3% to 1% can give the following properties of the fabric:

1. Very slippery, soft, and plump hand feel; Excellent lubricating performance (sewing thread or fiber);
2. Very good drape;
3. Low yellowing;
4. Increase fabric elasticity and wrinkle recovery after washing;

Packaging 
CY-8843 is packed in 200kg drums (800kg per pallet) and plastic drums.

Storage and shelf life
Stored in the original airtight container at 2ºC~30ºC, The period is 12 months from the production date.
