Performance and characteristics
1. Significantly improve the wettability of fabrics such as wash, sweat, sea water, saliva, and high temperature blisters.
2. Applicable color range, the dyeing of various color dyes such as red, black, coffee, green orchid, brilliant blue,orange and the color fastness of printed fabrics are obviously improved.
3. The solid color is small and the fixation is good.
4. Minimal impact on the feel and hydrophilicity of dyed fabrics.
5. Good water solubility, can be used directly or diluted as needed.
Scope of application
Reactive dye and Vat dyes dyeing and printing fabrics are suitable for improving color fastness, especially for fabric fixing treatments with high fastness requirements.
Instructions
1. Dipping process: dosage 0.2-1.0% (o.w.f)
pH 5-7
Temperature 40 ° C -60 ° C
Time 20-30min
2. Rolling and solidification process: the general dosage is 2-10g/L.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.
