Main Feature
Main composition : hydrocarbons
1. No fluorine, PFCs&APEO, can meet the most stringent environmental requirements.
2. Excellent initial and durable (including drying) waterproof performance.
3. Improve the original feel of the fabric.
4. Slight white marks on the fabric after treatment.
5. No ignition point, non-dangerous category, safer to use.
Suitable for all kinds of chemical fiber, pure cotton, blended fabric waterproof finishing.
1. Normal requirement
Sylic FU5230 30 - 60 g/L
2. Durable requiement
Sylic FU5230 40 - 80 g/L
Cross-linking agent Sylic FU5229 8 - 20 g/L
Process flow: Work solution preparation→ Padding (pick up 60-80%)→ Curing (130-180°C *60-180s).
Notice: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary trials.
