Sylic® General Softener Flake CY-9001

 

General Softener Flake CY-9001 is Fatty acid organic amine compounds.

Basic Character
Appearance: tiny yellow flake Ionicity: Weak cationic
pH: 4~6 (10% diluted solution)

Application fields
Applied for soft and fluffy finishing of various fabric.. Applied for soft and fluffy finishing of towel.
Can be used in dyeing factory.

Characteristics and advantages
Endow fabric soft, smooth and fluffy hand feeling; Low foam;
Tiny yellowing.

Diluted method:
CY-9001: 50~100kg
Water: 950~900kg
Stirring: add flake into 65~70ºC water with stirring to dissolution.

Usage amount for reference Diluted to 10% concentration Dipping Process: 3-10 %( o.w.f) Padding Process; 20-50g/L
