Performance and Characteristics
1. Under alkaline conditions, it has excellent removal effect on oil agent and stains on the fabric; In near neutral and weak acid bath, CY-129 can fully remove, emulsify, disperse oil agent, to chemical fiber oil agent, spandex oil agent, high viscosity mechanical oil and other substances, can prevent oil agent and other substances stained cylinder, stained cloth surface.
2. Low temperature 70-80ºC, neutral conditions to remove alkali resistant fabric oil (such as silk, wool, gold and silver silk fabric) effect is obvious, without damaging the fiber.
3. Alkaline condition in the scouring and degreasing bath of cotton and its blended fabric, it has excellent scouring and degreasing effect.

Application Range
It is suitable for degreasing process of polyester fabric, scouring and dyeing with bath process, low temperature degreasing process of decorative fabric and scouring and degreasing process of cotton and its blended fabric.

Recommended Dosage
1. Common oil pollution removal process:
CY-129:0.5-2.0g/L, liquid alkali: 0-3.0g/L, temperature: 100-130ºC, time: 30-60min.
2. Polyester knitting and dyeing bath process:
CY-129:0.5-1.0g/L, high temperature levelling agent: 0.7-1.0g/L, glacial acetic acid: 0.4-0.6mL/L, dye: X, bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130ºC, time: 30-60min.
3. Scouring and degreasing process :(cotton knitting and blended fabric)
CY-129:0.5-2.0g/L, NaOH: 2g/L, H2 O2 (27.5%) : 5g/L,
Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 95-98ºC, time: 40-60min.
4. Low temperature oiling process for decorative cloth
CY-129:0.5-2.0g/L, temperature: 70-80ºC, time: 30-60min.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
