Sylic® Soaping enzyme CY-E60
Product Introduce
The product soaping enzyme CY-E60 is an enzyme preparation based on REDOX enzyme. It is composed of peptide chain, sugar ligand and Cu ion. It is used to catalyze the oxidation of phenols and their derivatives, aromatic amines and their derivatives, carboxylic acids, molecular-like hormones, biological pigments and so on.Soaping enzyme CY-E60 is a new technological biological product to replace chemical soaping agents. Since enzymes can be used for bleaching and chelating reactive dyes, disperse dyes and acid dyes in free state, it is of great significance for the soaping treatment of pure cotton and cotton blended fabrics after dyeing.The application of soaping enzymes is to shorten and reduce the traditional multiple soaping and washing processes, time and sewage disposal.

Performance and characteristics
1.Water saving: The traditional 5- 6 cylinder soap washing process is shortened to 2-3 processes, reducing the water consumption.
2.Disposable soaping: The soaping enzyme can play a full role in the condition of 65ºC-95ºC, instead of the traditional multiple water
Washing and heating process.
3. Reduction of pollution: Saponin CY-E60 has complete biodegradability, reducing color materials, chemicals and sewage (COD) And BOD) to save the cost of sewage treatment.
4. Quality improvement: The soaping enzyme can greatly improve the soaping fastness and rubbing fastness, and reduce the amount of fixing agent.
By using soaping enzyme CY-E60, the factory can reduce the unit cost of the dyed fabric and improve the quality of the product.

Application
1. Overflow machine process: soaping and enzyme inactivation First cylinder: Pickling.Drain at room temperature for 10min
Second cylinder: cold water with soap washing enzyme (1g/L, bath ratio 1:4)
The soaping time at 60ºC was 15 minutes, and the temperature was raised at 95ºC for another 5 minutes
Third cylinder: Wash once at 60ºC*15min
2.Enzyme washing and enzyme inactivation in open width machine: Continuous washing process: bath ratio 1:4, 60ºC*2min
The first tank begins to add 0.5g/L of acid at 60ºC
The second tank was added with enzyme 1-2g/L at 60ºC The third tank was added with enzyme 1-2g/L at 60ºC
The fourth tank was heated by 85ºC hot water to inactivate the washing enzyme.
Packaging and storage
Packing: 25kg/ drum or according to customer requirements Storage: It should be stored in a cool storage room at 25ºC
Shelf life: the enzyme activity decreases with the extension of storage time. The enzyme activity can be maintained for 6 months under the condition of less than 25ºC without freezing
