Neutral cellulase granules are a kind of cellulase preparation with high activity, no fly dust, light brown granular form. Mainly used in the finishing and washing process of cotton fiber denim garments. Neutral cellulase particles are used in denim clothing and fabrics. Cotton fiber can quickly produce stone washing, aging, softness, and peach skin effects. Denim clothes are treated with neutral cellulase particles and have obvious blue background and white dots, the dots are clear, and have a good color retention effect. The neutral cellulase particles have low damage to the fabric, and the back-dyeing of indigo dye can be adjusted with anti-dye powder.

Performance

mild operating conditions, obvious contrast, good bottom protection effect.1. This product has a fast blooming speed under the condition of pH 5.5, and it has better anti-dyeing effect under the condition of pH 6.0 ~ 6.5 and temperature of 45ºC.

2. Can be used directly: The recommended dosage is 100-300 g/cylinder, plus anti-dyeing powder depending on the specific situation.
 3. It can also be reconstituted into finished products according to the following formula:
Compounding ratio: 6%~10% for neutral cellulase granules (depending on the required effect) Buffer system: dihydrogen phosphate, dihydrogen ammonium phosphate
Desiccant: dried diatomaceous earth or other desiccants
Dispersant: non-ionic surfactant

Storage: sealed and protected from light at 0~25ºC, the shelf life is 12 months.
