Non-ionic Softener Flake CY-9005 is special ester compound. It is applied for hand finishing of cotton, hemp, rayon and its
blends.

Appearance: white to ting yellow flake Ionicity: non-ionic
pH: 4~5 (5~10% diluted solution)

Endow fabric excellent smooth, soft and full hand feeling No yellowing. No effect on whiteness and color light.
Good stability when mixed with anionic & cationic agents Easy to dilute and use, good cost performance
Has a certain hydrophilicity.
Diluted method:
CY-9005: 50~100kg
Water: 950~900kg
Stirring: add flake into 70-80ºC water with stirring to dissolution.
Usage amount for reference Diluted to 10% concentration
Dipping Process: 3-8 %( o.w.f) Padding Process: 20~50g/L
