Performance characteristics
- It has a strong chelating and dispersing effect on Ca2+, Mg2+ and Fe3+;
- It has high alkaline resistance and can be used in long car pretreatment process;
- It also has good compatibility with dyes, and has little influence on color light in the active dyeing process.
Scope of application
It is suitable for improving water quality in printing and dyeing.
Instructions
This product is a powder concentrated product, can be diluted 1 part to 2~3 parts for use, or can be used directly with 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount of conventional chelating dispersant.
1. Long car continuous process: 0.5-1.5g/L
2. Intermittent process: 2.0-3.0g/L
The specific process should be adjusted according to the water quality.

A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided.
Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
