Weak cationic soft beads CY-9011

Product description: Fatty acid organic amine compound

Basic traits:
Appearance: light yellow hemispherical
Ionicity: cationic
pH value: 4~5 (10% solution)

Give cotton and various fabrics a soft and smooth feel.

Scope of application: Suitable for soft and smooth finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber, yarn and various fiber blended fabrics.

Dilute method
9011: 50~100kg
Water: 950~900kg

Turn on the stirring, slowly add the 9011 into the room temperature water according to the proportion, stirring and dispersing gradually
Raise the temperature to 50-60°C, and then stir at low speed until it is completely dissolved for later use.

Reference dosage
(9011 10% open thin liquid)
Dipping method: Dosage: 3~10% (o.w.f) Temperature: 40~50ºC
Bath ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
Padding method: Dosage: 20~50 g/L
Temperature: normal temperature

Store
Waterproof, anti-extrusion, stacking height should not exceed 8 layers, temperature should not exceed 35ºC, and a cool place for one year.
Suggestion: It is best to use up the dissolved emulsion at one time. If it is not used up, it must be kept tightly closed.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided.
