Performance and characteristics

1. This product is a defoamer specially designed for use in aqueous systems.
2. The dosage is small, the defoaming is rapid, the effect is lasting, and the foaming effect is also remarkable.
3. It is suitable for defoaming and foam suppression in aqueous solution at 100-140 °C. The use of this product can
reduce the time required for the process and increase the production.


Scope of application

It is suitable for eliminating or suppressing foam in textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, wastewater treatment and
other industries.


Instructions

First, dilute with 20-50 times of water or the desired defoaming liquid into a homogeneous solution, and then add it to the
liquid to be defoamed. The amount varies with the application, for example:
Textile printing and dyeing scouring 0.02-0.03g/L
Paper coating sizing bleaching 0.5-2g/L

The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.

Packaging & Storage

50 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
