Performance and characteristics
1. Easy to prepare transparent microemulsions and emulsions.
2. Give the fabric a good affinity.
3. Gives the fabric excellent softness.

Scope of application
Suitable for soft, fluffy finishing of cotton, polyester and blended fabrics.

Reference dosage
A. Padding process: emulsion (20%) dosage: 10 -30g / L, 160 ° C stereotyped drying.
B. Impregnation process: emulsion (20%) dosage: 1 - 3% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10 - 1:20,
After 15-30 min at room temperature, the mixture was dehydrated, dried, and dried at 160 °C.
The specific process, please adjust the sample as appropriate.

Precautions
1. The water used in the chemical is tap water or deionized water.
2. The discharge must be filtered with a 200 mesh filter bag.
3. If the crude oil is not emulsified, the emulsion will be unstable, the hand will be lowered, and it will become sticky. When used, it will cause sticking.

Packaging and storage
200KGdrum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.


8040 emulsion emulsification process
Feeding formula
8040: 170 kg
Matching emulsifier: 30 kg (recommended XL, AEO series emulsifier)
Water: 400 kg
Glacial acetic acid: 4 kg
Emulsified into a silicone oil emulsion of about 30%, the appearance is translucent
Emulsification process
1. Put crude oil and supporting emulsifier into the dispersion kettle and start stirring, stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
3. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
4. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
5. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
6. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
7. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
8. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly, add 4 kg of glacial acetic acid and stir for 5 minutes;
9. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
10. Add 20 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
11. Add 40 kg of water, stir for 5 minutes, and mix well;
12. Slowly add the remaining water, adjust the pH to about 6, and filter and dispense.


Note:
Emulsified crude oil must use high-speed dispersing emulsifier or dispersion kettle, the dispersion disc diameter is between 25cm and 35cm, and the maximum motor speed is about 1500 rpm.
