I. PROPERTY

II. APPLICATION
1.With red white shade for collulosic fibers,polyamide ,silk and their blends.
2.With Highly appropriate for exhaust process.
3.With excellent washfastness and very high bath exhaustion.
4.With good same shade for polyamide/cotton blends dyeing.
5.With good stability to alkalis,peroxide,and electrolyte.
6. Be very suitable for silk,wool and blends.
III.PROCESS METHOD
With peroxide bleaching for polyamide with cotton blends exhaust process
Dosage:FWA CF530 0.1-0.3% o.w.f sodium hydrosulfite:1-3g/L
Sodium sulfate:1-4g/L Penetrant: 0.5-1g/L
Liquor rate:1:10-20 Temperature×time:100ºC×30-45mins
Cotton exhaust process
Dosage:FWA CF530 0.1-0.3% o.w.f Sodium hydroxide(30%):1-4g/L
Dertergent 0.5-1.0g/L Hydrogen peroxide(35%):4-8g/L
Sodium silicate:2-5g/L
Liquor rate:1:10-20 Temperature×time:80-95ºC×30-45mins
IV. PACKING
1. 25KG carton box or according to customer request.
2. Be stable for 5 years when properly stored in closed container at 20ºC.
