Performance characteristics

1. Excellent resistance to concentrated alkalis, high temperatures, oxidizing agents, reducing agents, and hard water.
2. Outstanding emulsifying, degreasing, scouring, and dispersing capabilities under strong alkaline conditions.
3. Strong wetting power and emulsifying/dispersing force, effective for soil removal and desizing.
4. Rapidly wets fabric surfaces and penetrates the fabric interior during wet processing, facilitating the entry of dyes and other auxiliaries into the fibers.
5. Good alkali resistance; low affinity for fibers, easy to rinse.
6. Readily biodegradable, low-foaming, environmentally friendly.

Scope of application
Suitable as a wetting agent in cold pad-batch and desizing/scouring/bleaching processes for cotton, linen, and their blends. Also suitable as a wetting and scouring agent for synthetic fibers, wool, silk, and other fabrics.
Instructions
Recommended dosage: 3-8 g/L in "integrated three-step" or "cold pad-batch" processes.
General dosage for wetting/scouring: 1-5 g/L.
Specific parameters should be adjusted by the user based on testing.

Packaging and storage
Packed in 125 kg polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic liner bags.
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: 6 months.
