Anti-lost spandex protective agent N30
The anti-loss elastic spandex protective agent N30 can be used to prevent the elastic yarn from shrinking and breaking in the spandex elastic fabric. In addition, when used in soft fabrics, it can prevent the displacement between fibers and improve the drape.
Features
1. It has an excellent anti-slip effect on fiber products such as regenerated cellulose fiber, high wet modulus viscose fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, and cotton blending;
2. It is used to prevent elasticity and strength loss of elastic denim garments or fabrics in the process of desizing, enzyme washing (cellulase), bleaching or resin finishing;
3. It is used for the pre-treatment of white embryo dyeing of elastic cloth, which can prevent the loss of elasticity and strength of spandex.
4. It has excellent heat resistance and will not cause yellowing;
5. Prevent the spandex elastic yarn from separating and slipping off the wrapping yarn during the washing process. It has excellent adhesion and penetrates into the fiber to play a fixed and protective role;
6. This product does not contain restricted substances such as, formaldehyde, and ;
7. This product is an anionic product. It cannot be mixed with cationic products during application. There is no need to adjust the pH value during application.

Operation method:
1. When denim is desizing, enzyme washing, and bleaching, first add 0.5-1 g/L N30 to the water, run at 30-70ºC for 5 minutes without draining water, and proceed directly to desizing, enzyme washing, and bleaching according to the normal steps. . Spandex protective agent N30 is an anionic product and does not need to add any acid to neutralize the PH value.
2. Before desizing the white fabric, add 0.5-1 g/L N30 to the water, run at 30-95ºC for 5 minutes, and then desizing normally without draining, which can protect the elasticity of spandex.
3. White embryo dyeing process: pre-treat the white embryo with 0.5-1 g/L N30 for 3-5 minutes before dyeing, temperature: 30-95ºC, without draining, and then dye.
4. The general dosage of this product is 0.5~1.0g/L, and the dosage depends on the fiber type and elasticity requirements.
Bleaching and dyeing process of garment pretreatment:
Desizing: 0.5~1g/L
Bleaching: 0.5~1g/L
Dyeing: 0.5~1g/liter
Note: This product should be added in advance before each process to make the cloth absorb evenly before adding other additives.
Packaging & Storage
Packing: 25kg/plastic drum. Once opened, the drum should be used up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it must be sealed.
Storage: This product is non-toxic and non-hazardous. It should be sealed and stored in a ventilated, dry and room temperature environment. The shelf life is 12 months.
